The location was perfect, situated on the beach, it offered beautiful views in the evenings. I also loved that it was near many shops and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore and try different cuisines. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to checkout at the time when my taxi arrived. the hotel was tucked away in a quiet alley, with cheap family restaurants nearby, making it a peaceful and convenient spot to stay.
I did experience some noise disturbances from ongoing building work in the area.

Very, very nice view from the room if you're staying on the beach side and have these wall size windows. Clean rooms, good bed, and if you're staying high enough you can have a nice breeze to your room by opening windows.
I booked the suite with private balcony - for once as an solo traveller I was planing to treat myself as an a bit late Bday gift - they gave me totally wrong room and wasn't even going to tell that to me. I complained about the continuous traffic of partying people and smoking on the balcony - especially at nights - next to my door. Room filled with smoke and couldn't sleep because of the noise. I can handle noise - but too much is too much. And who wants to pay for staying a week next to public smoking place.. I was too tired to complain ( again) about missing private balcony and thought the actual truth is that it's a shared with one neighbor - was going to negotiate about the price later. They told me about the wrong room on my last night - not few days before when they found it out and still had a chance to make it right.. - and still tried to charge me too much! And women travellers : no mirror on the room, only one small in the dark toilet. Pics say there is, but no - and when I mentioned about it they said they were sorry and they going to fix it. Never happened. Pics are saying too something about flat screen tv - no no, very old and poor pic. I didn't care - wasn't there for tv. Luckily I had my books for the rainy days. Minibar/fridge was ok - except that it went off every time you left the room and took your key with. So no place for something you need to keep cool.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. the location was fantastic as it was just a short 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach and all the main restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Secondly, the value for money was great. The prices were affordable and the amenities provided were modern and efficient. Lastly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, we didn't encounter any major issues during our stay. Every aspect of the hotel met our expectations and we were satisfied with the quality of service provided.

It's a good clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed. Location is nice, near the beach and in the tourist area. We believe it is safe, we left our money and passports at the reception (safe deposit) and nothing was missing after 10 days. Also, the baggage in the room was untouched.
We reserved a supreme double room on booking which was supposed to have a bathtub in the bathroom (this was the only obvious difference between supreme and regular double room). When we arrived they gave us a room with one double and one single bed and no bathtub (so not supreme). The room had a very small window near to the ceiling and that bothered us, so we asked for supreme. The next day they gave us a new room with a big window, which was better, but still with no bathtub. We didnt care about the bathtub, and the room was nice so we didnt argue with the receptionist, but we wonder if they overcharged us by not giving us the supreme room.

The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was excellent, just a short three-minute walk to the beach. The staff provided excellent service, arranging bike hires and bus trips with ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with modern facilities and even a separate bathroom. Plus, the option to leave valuables at reception was very convenient.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Convenient and quiet but still cose to tourist area. Staff friendly and helpful.
There was never enough toilet paper and no hair drier in the room. This is necessary for a beachside hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nha Trang and had a wonderful experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic - just a short 3-minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand without being in the middle of all the tourist crowds. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nha Trang.
All in all, there was nothing negative about my stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The view from my suite was absolutely perfect, especially during sunrise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of my room was impeccable. Every day, the cleaner did an excellent job, providing fresh towels and clean linen. The location was ideal, with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies in the vicinity.
Nothing all good.

Likes During our romantic escape, there were a few things we liked about the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests we had. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed being able to explore the area easily and have everything we needed close by.
the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it seemed that the housekeeping staff had not done a thorough job.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Being close to the seafront was a definite plus, and we were able to easily access all the restaurants and bars in the area. The pool was also a nice feature, and we enjoyed a swim every day. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience.
That the air conditioning in our room wasn't working very well, so it got a bit stuffy at times. , there were a few times when the staff seemed a bit disorganized and it took longer than expected to get things sorted out.
